I have been hard at work lately on several different projects. I won’t bore you with the details. Let’s just get to the two biggest things right now.
Love at the Woolly Bookworm Shop is a gem. If you are a fan of those romance movies that a certain network airs, you will love this book. Peg Alexander tells you her tale about finding love late in life, all set in the fictional, small town of Oak Hill, North Carolina. I updated the cover for the book, giving potential readers a glimpse into the romantic escape they can find inside the book.
The website is also changing. First up - the blog’s name is now Tales from the Quill. Be sure to follow it for the latest updates about books, fun facts about published stories, and anything else that might interest fans of my fiction. I’m working on other changes too and will update you when they are ready.
I’m currently writing a contemporary romance novel. The main character, Simone Grant, has an opportunity to inherit a lot of money if she completes one task. (Nothing immoral.) I find that the contemporary books “write” themselves a lot faster than the Through the Mist books since less research is required.
Plus, as I have said many times, I really dread writing the next Through the Mist book. Something happens that upsets me. I don’t want to write it – but it must happen. Yes, I will rip off the Band-Aid at some point.
I encourage you to stay tuned. I have lots of stuff planned for the future.
Happy reading!
